It keeps checking QuickBooks, so new invoices show up on their own. AJ-Hub only reads from QuickBooks; it never changes your books. Zoho Books is on Pro too.
Customers, yes: upload a CSV file with name, email, phone, company and notes columns, or type them in. If you connect QuickBooks, your QuickBooks customers come in as well. Products come from the suppliers you connect (their catalog, photos and your cost land in your Products page), and you can add your own products by hand. There is no spreadsheet upload for products yet; on the Enterprise plan we do the setup and data import for you.
Yes, from your own Twilio account and phone number. Enter your Twilio details under Integrations, and Twilio bills your account for the texts. You can send a quote by text, and switch on texts for when a job is ready for pickup or has shipped. One thing to know: US carriers require business texting numbers to be registered before they will deliver your messages. You do that once, in your Twilio account.
Yes. In Settings, under Plan & Billing, "Manage Billing & Invoices" opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel, switch plans or update your card. If you cancel, your account pauses and your data stays, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back.
Yes. Every customer, order, quote and price belongs to one shop, and the database itself refuses to show it to any other shop's login. Apart from you, only AwardJunkies support can open your account, to help you, and every time they do it is logged.
